Brandon Boyd's message of hope: "We have not reached a point of no return."

Southern California surf brand, Hurley, and musician/artist/activist Brandon Boyd collaborate on art and clothing to benefit H.O.P.E. (Helping Other People Everywhere), a nonprofit that teams up with artists for awareness and advocacy campaigns internationally.

An avid surfer, Boyd's love and concern for the ocean was a catalyst for this collaboration.  His watercolor and ink drawings are inspired by the growing problem of plastic pollution in the world’s oceans—in particular, what happens when plastic pollution gets trapped in a gyre, or large rotating current within the ocean, where the trash begins to affect the ocean ecosystem.

Boyd sends a message of hope and a call to action that it's not too late for the human race to come together and find a solution to ocean pollution.

Unfortunately, the limited-edition water bottles are sold out, but the  shirt collection (ranging in price from $28 and $32 and from 100 percent recycled cotton) are still available online here: https://shop.hurley.com/department/brandon-boyd-10142.cfm
Get yours now!  All net proceeds benefit H.O.P.E.

Hurley celebrated the collaboration with a public party at Hurley's art space in Costa Mesa last April.

Take a look at this video documenting the project...
